How is this different to working out in a gym or on my own?

This is different because it runs in sessions, we meet 3 evenings per week for 1 hour each time. Participants are able to stay focused and perform at their best because they see an end in sight and also you have the same trainers and same participants so it creates awesome group dynamics, bonding with trainers and other participants.

What happens when you first join?

You are introduced to each other. We do weigh-ins, body fat analysis to see what nutritional guide will best suit you. We take you through a fitness test to create a base line to enable both you and Beyond Bootcamp to measure your progress.

How fit do I have to be?

Unfit will be just fine. Our job is to get you fit. If you are fit enough to walk, you qualify.

Do you have nutritional plans?

Yes nutrition educational guides to lose fat and tone up will be given and weight loss (if desired) will be strategic and monitored weekly.

Will you yell at me if I can't do something?

No way! We want you to continue in an exercise routine for the rest of your life, we want you to enjoy exercise. From your fitness test results we will know how far you can go and we will encourage you to work to your level of fitness. We will be on your back but in a nice way.

What do I wear?

Your Beyond boot camp top, exercise clothing that you don’t mind becoming soiled, longer socks for ankle weights.

What if its raining?

Unless it’s dangerous weather we are going ahead.  If raining expect to get wet.  If it’s hot wear shorts & expect to get wet.

What do I bring to training?

Most importantly – any medication you may need such as ventolin etc. Bring a filled water bottle, sunscreen, aeroguard, hat, towel and/or exercise mat.

Where will we be training?

You will be advised but somewhere around the Geelong Waterfront and Eastern Gardens.

What are the days and times of program?

Sessions are held for 1 hour every Mon. & Wed. 6.45 to 7.45pm and Friday 6.15 to 7.15pm. 12 sessions x 1 hour, plus we add on an extra week of training in case you missed sessions during the program.

What do I do if I miss a session?

If you can't attend a session ring or text us to advise otherwise we will contact you the next day to see if everything is alright.

If you want fantastic results you need to attend the three sessions per week.

We provide 3 extra sessions per bootcamp program to use for missed sessions.

What if I am running late?

Phone or text us!  Every session starts on time. Be there 10 minutes prior to session!

Why can't you have the bootcamp program in the mornings?

Not everyone are "morning" persons.  Many girls want to train hard but not necessarily at 6am.  With this bootcamp you don't have to sacrifice your sleep-ins.

Cost?

$240 per program
