Before I started Bootcamp with Antonella, I was exceptionally unfit, lacking energy and unmotivated. I struggled walking for 30 minutes!
I remember panicking before my first session, sitting in my car. Was it too late to drive home?! I was worried that I would be the only unfit person there, the trainers would be unkind and lack empathy, and that I’d make a fool of myself.
There was no need for me to be so worried! I won’t lie- bootcamp is hard! The first session was especially challenging as I had been inactive for so long. I could barely walk the 1.8km circuit. I wasn’t disheartened though- I knew that Antonella and her trainers were happy when I was doing my best, and that I would only improve from there.
But now? Bootcamp has helped me lose weight and fit into my favourite old clothes again! I never thought in a million years I would be able to achieve half the things I have whilst at Bootcamp, and something strange and unexpected has happened….I enjoy exercise now! I’ve even signed on for another Bootcamp!
Without the help of Beyond Bootcamp I would still be sitting at my desk, admiring the people who around me who had the willpower to get fit. Now I’m one of those people!

I participated in bootcamp in Oct and want to participate again in Jan. I was very excited yesterday. I am finally using my Leisurelink membership again and went to the gym and could run for 15 mins on the treadmill.. I have never, ever, ever been able to do that since I stopped playing netball five years ago now!! It was great!! I could run... and I even did a two minute sprint at the end because I wasn't dying for breath!! So thankyou so much... Bootcamp has made me a lot lot fitter. I have almost lost five kilos since I started bootcamp. By the end of the next bootcamp I plan to lose a few more kilos. I think this will be achievable.

are understanding, but they're not afraid to push you either!
Also, they give you great tips on how to change your lifestyle
to complement your new workout routine.

that and more!!
I can honestly say it was a very worthwhile
experience, very challenging, but very rewarding and definitely
well worth doing. Antonella you really inspired me and are such
a great role model for all us females, young and young at heart!
