Bootcamp & Personal Training Geelong aptly named as it's more than a bootcamp,
it takes girls beyond fitness. It is a unique results driven group
personal training program that packages 3 main components:
- assessments
- nutrition
- workouts
It was created for all fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced.
The bootcamp was developed in 2007 to offer woman affordable personal
training with nutritional information in a team environment. Combining
challenging workouts with nutritional guidance and measuring progress
creates a powerful program that keeps participants focused as their
progress in monitored.
The first day is assessment day consisting of weigh-ins, body fat
analysis and fitness assessments involving cardio and strength
exercises. This now creates a base line to measure your progress. We
then add the nutrition component because the nutrition aspect is so
crucial to this program.
With the same participants at each session, you will experience awesome
group dynamics. The trainers know each person, their various fitness
levels and their limitations. The girls form friendships, encourage and
